We stopped here on our seaside walk along the perimeter of Ortigia. Afraid that it might be too much of a tourist spot, I wanted to keep walking. My husband and my cousin said it look d good and they wanted to stop. I'm very glad we did. The menu has pages in at least five different languages so it was easy to navigate. The name of the restaurant indicates fish and. Hips but I didn't see this in the menu. I later leaned fish and chips means "plate of fried fish."
We ordered a bottle of wine to share, a red Syrah. It was very good. I had the mixed salad with tuna. It was perfect for me. My husband had The carbonara, it had a light creamy sauce and he ate it all, he said it was delicious. My cousin had The linguini with red sauce and shrimp, he too enjoyed it.
